Great host and excellent customer service! I needed a last-minute rental, and when the original vehicle became unavailable, the host didn’t cancel my reservation or leave me scrambling. Instead, they made sure another vehicle was available for me. I really appreciated the communication, flexibility, and effort to make sure everything worked out. Vehicle rode smooth. Host checked in to see if I would like to extend reservation as there was availability to do so, it was a nice gesture as I had to do just that. Vehicle did have slight wet odor as if previous renters may have spiller water on the seats or seats were recently wet. Air freshners were hanging so it made it bearable, nothing to underrate for. Once you get driving the smell subsides for the most part. I had the car from a Friday to a Monday and it dissipated pretty well. Also a great suv on gas. I would rent again if needed and available. It was immaculately clean. All interior storage was empty with the exception of the passenger dash drawer- which is to be expected when using a personal vehicle.
They are great. I always get rentals from here (4 times) and never had a problem. Car is always clean, gas tank full and the price is always great compared to others. If you need a rental use them. The best in town.
This was a excellent rental. I've rented for this Turo provider in the past and was very satisfied both times. Cinnamon was great at pick up and Paul was wonderful at drop off. Easy and professional. Will rent again.
Can’t lie, one of the best cars I’ve booked on here ! Pick up and drop off was smooth, had no issues at all with the car and it was very luxurious and boujee ! lol will definitely be renting again, owner even aloud me to extend my trip last minute when I ran into issues , this would be my top pick for a spacious , classy car, not too bad on gas either !
