This was hands down one of the best Turo experiences I've had! From the moment I booked Steven's Mercedes GLC online for my family's Florida vacation, the service was nothing less than stellar. The condition of Steven's Mercedes was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and a perfect size for my family of five. What really stood out, though, was his exceptional communication. He sent very clear, detailed instructions with photos on where to locate the vehicle and checked in both prior and during our vacation to ask if we needed anything, and offered suggestions on the area. It's clear he takes great pride in providing a top-notch experience for his guests. Patrick is an amazing host! I have rented several cars through Turo and Patrick’s hosting stands well above everyone else. He always makes sure the car is clean so his guests are comfortable. Communicating with him is easy too. And for this last trip he even brought the car straight to arrivals after I booked his car last minute when my flight was canceled. I literally wanted to cry tears of relief when he did that because he made what was a stressful day so much easier. I will definitely rent from him again!
Milton was an excellent host—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The vehicle was perfect for my trip: not too small and not too big. It drove smoothly, was comfortable, and the A/C worked exceptionally well, cooling down almost immediately. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely rent from Milton again.
This was my first time using Turo and it was amazing! The pick up at the airport and all of the detailed instructions were so easy! The communication was wonderful and immediate! We even had an ordeal at drop off with our flight, and they were so accommodating when I thought I would need it for another night and then didn’t end up needing it. My host was the best and I would highly recommend using them! I know I will again. They made my daughter’s bachelorette trip so much fun and so easy to have a vehicle that fit everyone that we could drive to our different events. The Suburban was awesome! Thank you again!
