We knew we were renting a bit of an older car but the BMW had cosmetic damage, smelt like someone had smoked in it and made a loud knock noise when we went over speed bumps. It was very clean and the car seats looked brand new.

Cars front end made popping noise the whole time, the tire kept going low so I had to keep air put in it. The car would sputter every now and then as if it were skipping. Also when the car was first picked up,it was dropped off a few minutes after scheduled pickup time,which gave me troubles on finding/searching for the vehicle in the parking lot. Other than those few things the trip was great and had no problems out of the host !

Regarding your concerns, we found a screw in the tire (now repaired) and a BMW dealership has since serviced and verified the vehicle is in great mechanical health. We sincerely apologize for the slight delay and any frustration in finding the car; we strive for total punctuality and will use your comments to make our pickup instructions even clearer.
