SUV was great. GMC AT4 which drove great and was in excellent condition. My trip was interrupted by a hurricane and Kevin was flexible. I can’t thank him enough for his understanding and assistance. He should get more than 5 stars!
The car was VERY clean, and we had no issues with the vehicle. Unfortunately during our trip was during the hurricane, so we had some issues w/ drop off at the end of our trip. But the host was very attentive and very kind and understanding. He tried to work with us the best that he could, and was VERY easy to communicate with. Overall, the trip was good!

Great host and easy to get ahold of! Vehicle was well taken care of and everything was ready on time. They have many vehicles available, so it was an easy replacement when there was a last minute issue with the car we had originally booked. Tip: My boyfriend teased me because I was concerned about the larger vehicle for our trip to downtown New Orleans. It did fit in the garage at our hotel, but be mindful that this did incur an "Oversized" fee. It WAS too tall for the free parking garage at the Aquarium, though, and we had to park in the paid lot next to it. General: I love JEEPS, but this rental did make me realize that I prefer the soft top with the button operated sun roof types. I wanted the convertible-that-you-can-still-have-a-convo-in experience of those and thought I'd just open the back windows since the top doesn't come off on this one. Great idea in theory, but no, this does not work. lol Also, with the hard frame, the road noise is very high and I kept feeling like my ears needed to pop. I would also reccomend packing extra cushioning for the drive, because those seats killed my back. This also may be because I'm short and it doesn't have adjustments for the pedals, just the steering wheel, so I had to sit sort of awkwardly so I could still reach, but not be super close to the dash. Getting in and out was hilarious, but that just added some humor to our adventure. lol *Nothing to do with this specific rental, just the vehicle in general and my own personal preferences.*
By far one of the best vehicles I’ve rented! The Jeep Wrangler Willys Edition was practically brand new, extremely clean, and an absolute blast to drive. The orange color gave it the perfect beach-vacation vibe—and as a bonus, you could always spot it in a crowded parking lot! Everything worked exactly as it should, the large screen and features were great, and the Jeep drove excellent. Honestly, having this Wrangler added to the whole vacation experience and made the trip that much more fun. The host was just as impressive—great communication, clear information, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I can’t say enough good things about this rental. I would absolutely rent it again and highly recommend both the Jeep and the host. Easy 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
First of all, co-hosts Tiffany & Jaime were awesome. Very helpful, communicative & responsive. They left the vehicle in a really convenient spot for us & made the entire process super easy. This was actually my first Turo experience & they were so patient in answering all of my questions & making this something I can't wait to do again. Now, their fantastic Macan S: WARNING - if you drive this vehicle, you're probably going to end up really wanting one. All of the convenience, room, utility & comfort of a typical small SUV, but with the unique bonus of legendary Porsche handling & responsiveness. What's not to like?? This one in particular is super clean, seemingly very well maintained, & overall just a genuine absolute joy to drive. 10/10, would rent again!
The Jeep was perfect for our family trip to Destin! My wife, daughter, and I really enjoyed having it during our vacation. It was clean, comfortable, drove great, and gave us plenty of room for everything we needed. It made getting around Destin easy and was honestly a great part of our trip.
