The trip started off with a bit of an issue - the car was as mistakenly listed as a 9-seater but only fit 8 people. We had to Uber to safely get everyone to our destination, then I reached out to Dalton. He went above and beyond when he realized the mistake. He searched for 9-seaters in the area with no luck, and ultimately brought us another rental and allowed us use of both cars for the week. He stepped away from his other job to remedy this, delivered the second car to our Vrbo, and worked on this Tahoe as the AC was not great (he plans on having this serviced). He also reimbursed us for the Uber ride we’d taken. Despite our initial troubles, this was an outstanding Turo experience and I would recommend him every time. Super great communication and customer service.
