John was very communicative ever since I booked this rental months beforehand. Pickup and drop off was quick and easy, he was early every time. Car was super clean and easy to work with Apple or Android phones. Trunk perfectly fit 4 carryon suitcase😆. Charger port both in front and back! Thank you John for making our trip easier🐬

We couldn't have asked for a better experience!! John was a great host! He dropped the car off curbside and even helped us load our luggage. I knew we'd have a lot so I asked him prior to the trip if he thought it would fit. He took measurements and sent me pictures simulating what it would look like. 😉🤔 We took a chance and I'm so glad we did. It was a jenga puzzle but he helped us make it work! The car was perfect for getting around and parking in small places. A nice bonus was the lottery ticket and a pack of gum he left for us. While we didn't win, we hit the jackpot with John and his car!!
