I did communicate with the customer I offered my help. I even send videos on how to operate. I did after tested and it’s working. I don’t know about heated Seat in the summer. The specs on the car said it has, but it’s different models. It was thereby mistake so to go above and beyond and to give one star after all what I did, that’s not fair and I did give her five star.
Alex was on time responding and the car was nice and clean!
