Unfortunately car had some previous issues that persisted during the trip and multiple issues started daily…..

Vehicle: 4 -Although it is a newer make and model, there are some mechanical and cosmetic issues.
Location: 4 - Both pickup and dropoff were simple and presented no issues.
Host: 3 - Communication needs improvement. I was under the impression that with a "group" of people acting as the "Host", communication would flow a lot easier.
Overall: 4 Star rating. This trip was successfull and Ibwould rental again.
