It smelled like smoke and hen I fist got it but I aired it out. Other than that nice car but back seats were small.

I was disappointed with my rental experience. The vehicle was not properly cleaned upon pickup, as the windows and seats were extremely dirty. I also noticed an issue with the front bumper and contacted the host with photos, but received no response or acknowledgment. However, the host had no problem reaching out to offer an extension. As a paying customer, I expect a clean, well-maintained vehicle and better communication. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of those expectations.
