Total inconvenience because now I can't even find another car today for my trip . If I can give zero Stars I would. Picked up the car then smoke coming from engine oil low and check engine light came on. I reached out called text about the issue I needed a new vehicle they said they would check and see what they have. After about an hour and a half still no response I text them again I called them again I called them again no response, finally I had to call support to get a refund. While dropping off the car the young man who works on the vehicles came up and tried to offer me another car I said no I don't want that and then he proceeds to tell me don't get a Kia from us because I guess they're crap or he just doesn't take care of them. I don't know if this was a one-off situation but all I can say is it's basically a lot on the side of what I guess is a business rent your own risk!!!

was rocky at the start, car smelled kinda funny, also started my trip with half a tank? but overall good drive to my destination and good experience .

Very disappointing experience. Within the first 5 minutes of driving, the check engine light came on, which immediately made me question the condition of the vehicle. On top of that, the car was burning through gas extremely fast. I had to fill the tank 2–3 times and still barely made any progress on my trip. A rental vehicle should be properly maintained and reliable, and this one clearly was not. This caused a lot of inconvenience and extra expense. I would strongly recommend the host have the vehicle inspected and fixed before renting it out again.
