The car was reliable and the host was great! Would definitely rent from them again.

Total inconvenience because now I can't even find another car today for my trip . If I can give zero Stars I would. Picked up the car then smoke coming from engine oil low and check engine light came on. I reached out called text about the issue I needed a new vehicle they said they would check and see what they have. After about an hour and a half still no response I text them again I called them again I called them again no response, finally I had to call support to get a refund. While dropping off the car the young man who works on the vehicles came up and tried to offer me another car I said no I don't want that and then he proceeds to tell me don't get a Kia from us because I guess they're crap or he just doesn't take care of them. I don't know if this was a one-off situation but all I can say is it's basically a lot on the side of what I guess is a business rent your own risk!!!

was rocky at the start, car smelled kinda funny, also started my trip with half a tank? but overall good drive to my destination and good experience .
