I just sold my 1-year-old car and needed a car ASAP the next day, so I rented a vehicle from Adrian’s Auto Rental through Turo. The rental process was clear and smooth. I rented a 10-year-old car. It is important to understand that cars of this age can have multiple cosmetic imperfections, so it’s important to have realistic expectations. If you are looking to enjoy a perfect aesthetic experience while driving and you are a perfectionist, I would strongly recommend renting a newer vehicle, preferably from the current year or just a few years old. For me, it was a very functional rental. The car served its purpose, the process was easy, and I returned the vehicle about a week ago without any issues. Overall, it was a great experience, and I really appreciate the convenience when I needed a car quickly.

I rented a 2022 BMW X7 M-Sport package with the i6 Turbo from Stark, LLC. The car was clean and smelled clean. No pet or cigarette smells. The car still smells like a new car. The host could be a little faster with the text response, especially when I am trying to pick up the car at 11 pm and tired from the flight. But other than that everything is great. The car had a lot of good features that made my life a lot easier. It has an air suspension that can lower to help you get groceries out of the back or make it easier to get in and out of the car. The engine has a lot of power. Surprisingly the fuel economy is pretty good for being so powerful. As long as you drive slowly it will save on gas. But if you have a lead foot it will burn gas quite fast. It uses only premium gas so keep that in mind when renting. This car has wireless Android Auto and Apple carplay and works great. The Air conditioning is very strong and will cool the car very fast. It also has a remote engine start which is useful for keeping the car cool if it's parked in the sun. I filled up a full tank the day before returning the car. But on my way to the airport got into rush hour traffic and took me way too long to get to the Airport which burned some of the gas. I was charged for the difference. I am happy the host only charged me the amount of gas I consumed while going to the airport. This is my fault and not the host's. I appreciate his honesty. The "share my location" feature of the Turo app is very inaccurate. It guided me to the wrong part of the parking structure so I had a hard time finding the car. The best solution for the Host to help their renters is to text the exact location immediately when the renter has landed or when the rental reservation time has been reached. That way the renter will not have to wait around for a reply text. Overall, I am still very satisfied with the Host and the Vehicle. Would rent from again in the future. Thank you Stark, LLC.

Andrew was absolutely fantastic! One of the best Turo hosts I’ve rented from. The car was spotless, in perfect condition, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were incredibly easy, and Andrew was responsive, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire trip. Everything exceeded my expectations, and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. The car was perfect. Great on gas mileage, clean, and easy to find parked. I would recommend booking pickup an hour in advance to arrival to allow the host to park and communicate where the car is located. We arrived a bit earlier than anticipated and didn't receive information on where to pick up the car until right before pick up time. Everything went smoothly and would definitely recommend this vehicle/host otherwise.

The BMW was fun but had too Many buttons. Lol. Host was responsive and all went well. The entire experience being my first with this type service like TURO turned out positive for me.

Pickup Location is great: empty parking lot, easy to take photos in, young woman drivers who get scared of dark parking lots definitely get an earlier pick up time, mine was at 10 PM. Car was great it had a travel assistant for longer trips (1-2 hours drive) and two USB C inputs for carplay (if you have a USB-C phone take a cable with you USB-C to USB-C) As a driver from Europe, the car was easy to handle easy to get used to and the AC was a blessing! Also met the owner at the end, very cool guy!
