For the price — great car. Needed some cheap wheels for short distances while visiting friends in Costa Mesa for 5-6 days with the family. The vehicle performed exactly as needed and Jason was attentive, easy to reach and easy to work with.

I rented a 2022 BMW X7 M-Sport package with the i6 Turbo from Stark, LLC. The car was clean and smelled clean. No pet or cigarette smells. The car still smells like a new car. The host could be a little faster with the text response, especially when I am trying to pick up the car at 11 pm and tired from the flight. But other than that everything is great. The car had a lot of good features that made my life a lot easier. It has an air suspension that can lower to help you get groceries out of the back or make it easier to get in and out of the car. The engine has a lot of power. Surprisingly the fuel economy is pretty good for being so powerful. As long as you drive slowly it will save on gas. But if you have a lead foot it will burn gas quite fast. It uses only premium gas so keep that in mind when renting. This car has wireless Android Auto and Apple carplay and works great. The Air conditioning is very strong and will cool the car very fast. It also has a remote engine start which is useful for keeping the car cool if it's parked in the sun. I filled up a full tank the day before returning the car. But on my way to the airport got into rush hour traffic and took me way too long to get to the Airport which burned some of the gas. I was charged for the difference. I am happy the host only charged me the amount of gas I consumed while going to the airport. This is my fault and not the host's. I appreciate his honesty. The "share my location" feature of the Turo app is very inaccurate. It guided me to the wrong part of the parking structure so I had a hard time finding the car. The best solution for the Host to help their renters is to text the exact location immediately when the renter has landed or when the rental reservation time has been reached. That way the renter will not have to wait around for a reply text. Overall, I am still very satisfied with the Host and the Vehicle. Would rent from again in the future. Thank you Stark, LLC.

The Model X was a fantastic car for our family trip. It was fun to drive, spacious for our luggage, and very comfortable for long drives. FSD was awesome. It made driving around Southern California much easier and less stressful, especially with traffic and longer day trips. Pickup and drop-off were easy, and the car was exactly as described. Overall, an excellent experience and we would absolutely rent this vehicle again on a future trip.

The host was incredibly responsive, communicative, and helpful with any questions we had along the way. The vehicle was clean, looked great, and drove perfectly throughout our trip. We were also impressed with the excellent gas mileage, which made traveling even more enjoyable and cost-effective. Everything was fantastic with this host. Quick replies if we had any questions. The car got great gas mileage, which is important with the CA gas prices. The trunk fit more luggage than my personal sedan trunk. Note to myself. He uses an air freshener hanger, which most rentals do and people love, but those flare my asthma. I just put it in the glove compartment and drove with windows down for a bit and it was fine. I know if I had thought to ask ahead he was old have removed it. I just forgot. There was NO cigarette smell 😁. Thank you for everything Jose
