Fantastic car and an even better host. Pickup and drop-off were incredibly easy, and the vehicle was spotless. The Macan was smooth, comfortable, and a blast to drive—it has the perfect balance of luxury and performance. Pickup location was convenient, host was communicative. Car was mostly clean, with the accepting of some trash in the side bins of the front seats, otherwise the car was clean. Looks like the host has a bunch of other cars I’d be interested in renting so I would definitely rent again.

The car was clean, neat, and presentable in terms of the interior and the exterior. This is a rental, so cannot expect new car conditions! The host (Long) and his team were very responsive and helped me along the trip and were very accommodating. The car drove how you would expect a Porsche to drive, and had all the amenities. The ventilated seats are a huge plus and we were grateful for it during the warm cali days. 10/10 would definitely rent again. The check in and check out was smooth. Vehicle was easy to find at the location chosen. I was worried about having a bad first experience on Turo after having read some of the other reviews on other hosts, but I want to really recommend Long's rental.
