Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was unable to access it because the owner had inadvertently locked the keys inside. The remote unlock feature through the app did not work, and I ended up waiting approximately two hours for a tow truck to arrive and unlock the vehicle. This significantly disrupted my schedule and delayed the start of my trip.
While mistakes can happen, I expected a faster resolution or a backup plan for situations like this. If reliability and a smooth pickup are important to you, this is something to keep in mind before booking.
This review appears to be written by the disgruntled guest minutes after I reported significant damage to my 911’s leather interior that occurred during Kamyar’s trip.
I responded immediately to the pick-up issue, contacted the guest within 5 minutes of his arrival, offered to cancel the trip, and arranged a locksmith who resolved the issue within 45 minutes. The guest also received a significant refund for the inconvenience. I did everything possible to timely resolve this one-off situation.
