​This 2019 Honda CR-V was the perfect choice for my trip! It was clean, drove well, and offered impressive fuel efficiency. There was plenty of legroom and cargo space. The Bluetooth option was a perfect addition for hands free communication. ​Pickup and drop-off were seamless, and the host was super responsive and communicative throughout the entire rental process. I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience—I’ll definitely be booking from this host again!

This was my first time using Turo and was lucky enough to come across Jonathan. He is a great host, my reservation got canceled last minute before my trip, with just a few hours left I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find another car. After booking with Jonathan, he was able able to pull through in such a short amount time, I was greatly appreciated. The car was clean and beautiful. My family and I enjoyed the ride our whole trip and would definitely book again with Jonathan if we come back for a visit.

All good - thank you! FYI - when you first set directions through Turo it takes you to the freeway entrance to the toll rd - luckily I realized it quick enough to exit before I enter the toll rd. Best to enter the return address manually.

I had a great rental experience! Pickup and drop-off instructions were very straightforward! The car itself was in excellent condition - clean, no odors, and didn't feel like it was in need of a tuneup like cars from the larger rental companies. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the Jeep handled, especially on the highway. Next time I'm in need of a rental, I'll be looking for this car.

I rented a 2022 BMW X7 M-Sport package with the i6 Turbo from Stark, LLC. The car was clean and smelled clean. No pet or cigarette smells. The car still smells like a new car. The host could be a little faster with the text response, especially when I am trying to pick up the car at 11 pm and tired from the flight. But other than that everything is great. The car had a lot of good features that made my life a lot easier. It has an air suspension that can lower to help you get groceries out of the back or make it easier to get in and out of the car. The engine has a lot of power. Surprisingly the fuel economy is pretty good for being so powerful. As long as you drive slowly it will save on gas. But if you have a lead foot it will burn gas quite fast. It uses only premium gas so keep that in mind when renting. This car has wireless Android Auto and Apple carplay and works great. The Air conditioning is very strong and will cool the car very fast. It also has a remote engine start which is useful for keeping the car cool if it's parked in the sun. I filled up a full tank the day before returning the car. But on my way to the airport got into rush hour traffic and took me way too long to get to the Airport which burned some of the gas. I was charged for the difference. I am happy the host only charged me the amount of gas I consumed while going to the airport. This is my fault and not the host's. I appreciate his honesty. The "share my location" feature of the Turo app is very inaccurate. It guided me to the wrong part of the parking structure so I had a hard time finding the car. The best solution for the Host to help their renters is to text the exact location immediately when the renter has landed or when the rental reservation time has been reached. That way the renter will not have to wait around for a reply text. Overall, I am still very satisfied with the Host and the Vehicle. Would rent from again in the future. Thank you Stark, LLC.

The hosts were very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire trip. Pickup and drop off were easy, and they were very flexible and accommodating, especially with the return and charging. I really appreciated their kindness and understanding. A couple of things to keep in mind for future renters: if you’re planning to drive longer distances, you may need to charge more frequently. I drove around 100 miles on some days and usually needed to charge about twice a day. There also seems to be an issue with the trim between the driver’s door and the rear falcon wing door, which occasionally made the driver’s door a little difficult to open. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely rent from them again. Thank you so much!
