We had a great experience with this rental SUV. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The vehicle drove smoothly, had plenty of room for my family and luggage, and was perfect for our trip. Pickup was easy and everything worked as expected. I would definitely rent this SUV again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and spacious vehicle.

The return address took me to the wrong block but other than that , it was all good.

Highly recommend booking with Abdul! My time with the Cadillac LYRIQ was absolutely wonderful. The vehicle was in perfect condition—exceptionally quiet, smooth, and comfortable. It made our family trips and daily driving completely hassle-free. This was my very first time driving an EV, so I was completely new to charging. Finding charging stations and learning how to charge efficiently was a bit of a learning curve at first, but once I got the hang of it, everything went smoothly. Ultimately, what mattered most was having a comfortable, safe, and reliable ride throughout the entire trip. Big thanks to the host, Abdul, for his great cooperation, as well as to Turo. Abdul's LYRIQ is truly an amazing car! I hope to see more great perks and promotions in the future. I would definitely rent again!

Hosts were SUPER helpful and responsive. Good people. Vehicle was perfect for our family trip celebrating our dad's 90th birthday. (No, he did not drive. LOL) There was plenty of room for everyone and their luggage. Definitely would rent again.

I flew from San Jose Airport to Long Beach on Thanksgiving day trying to make thanksgiving dinner with my family. I booked a vehicle two weeks prior to pick up at the airport .. One and a half hr before my departure flight i received an email advising my reservation is cancelled. I immediately booked another (2nd) turo reservation to pick up veh at Lbc upon landing. Once I landed I received a phone call from second turo veh owner that the veh has not been returned, he did offer me the option a separate veh but he'll need to grab it from LAX. Tbh I lost much faith for Turo at this point. I had to ask my family whom was already at the dinner an hr away to come pick me up from airport. I use Turo because I don't make much as a first responder, financial reason is the main reason why I choose Turo over other traditional rental. I hate troubling my family borrowing their car while i'm visiting home .. so for the third time I went on Turo and submitted a last minute application to Coco... She was extremely responsive even in holiday season .... dropped off veh for me at my parents house without additional charge .... She let me kept the car an hr longer so i can have dinner with fam right before my flight, I offered to pay but she declined. I wanted to say thank you Coco. There are kind hearted responsible car owner who genuinely will help you throughout rental process, Coco is one of them.

Jeremy was a great host! Very easy to pick up and return. I extended the trip for 4 days and that was very smooth as well. Car was great, no issue. Would definitely rent again if needed and recommends to friends.

The car itself was great, and the host was very communicative and helpful. The only thing my family and I were disappointed and upset about was the cloth covers placed over all the seats. They felt more like a dog mat or animal cover, which was uncomfortable to sit on. We chose this car because of its beautiful appearance and full leather interior, so it was disappointing not to be able to enjoy the leather seats. However, the host assured us that the covers will be removed before the next rental, so I expect this issue to be resolved. Overall, I still recommend renting from this host.

Car quality is great We had a comfortable trip using the Yukon , all my family said it is a great truck for trips and also it is so comfortable for the passengers, everything works, easy to pick up up and drop off , the truck was clean, I will use again the Yukon when family comes to visit , the host responds fast, everything was easy and smooth, thank you for letting me ride your truck, much appreciated

He was always quick to respond and answered any questions I had throughout the rental. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience. I rented a Blue Hyundai Tucson from Danny. The car was perfectly clean. I had a long trip and it drove perfect, no problems with it. There was a problem that I noticed after picking the car up. In the photo’s it showed a big screen with Apple CarPlay. It didn’t have the screen. It was a smaller factory screen—no Apple CarPlay. I Messaged Danny and he indicated that the car had been broken into and the stereo with the big screen was stolen and that they had to reinstall the factory screen. I told him I was not happy because I had a long trip and was looking forward to using Apple Car. He was very attentive and wanted to solve the problem. He offered several solutions that did not work out for me. At the end he offered money back to me and I accepted. To me that is great customer service. I would rent from Danny again.
