This was our first time using Turo and it was a smooth and efficient process. Rafael gave us all the details about the car ahead of time and was very responsive to questions. The car was very clean, and felt like a luxury vehicle. On another note, we had forgotten a small item in the car and Rafael was kind enough to meet us and even dropped us off at home while we were waiting for the bus. Would recommend both this car and this host to any Turo users!
