Great experience! The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole rental process easy and smooth. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them!

I rented a Blue Hyundai Tucson from Danny. The car was perfectly clean. I had a long trip and it drove perfect, no problems with it. There was a problem that I noticed after picking the car up. In the photo’s it showed a big screen with Apple CarPlay. It didn’t have the screen. It was a smaller factory screen—no Apple CarPlay. I Messaged Danny and he indicated that the car had been broken into and the stereo with the big screen was stolen and that they had to reinstall the factory screen. I told him I was not happy because I had a long trip and was looking forward to using Apple Car. He was very attentive and wanted to solve the problem. He offered several solutions that did not work out for me. At the end he offered money back to me and I accepted. To me that is great customer service. I would rent from Danny again.

Fantastic car. Possibly my favorite rental yet. Arseni was great with communication, provided very friendly and helpful information at pick up and drop was easy. Car was very clean. Drives like a dream. Stereo sounds great. Does require a NACS charging station so something to keep in mind. 10/10 would rent this car from Arseni again if I ever return to the area.

Had a great experience with Auro! The car was great, clean, and reliable, but the best part was how easy and smooth the whole rental process was. They were very helpful along the way, super communicative, and made everything stress-free. I really appreciated that there were no surprise cleanup fees either. Would definitely rent from them again!

Car had seats cover that look cheap but it understandable the owner want to keep it new I guess, when I was renting it, I realized the back turn signals were broken and didn’t work, contacted host and was offered a quick repair at his mechanic but I didn’t have the time. Upon returning the car, I was advice by the host to get a car wash otherwise I’ll be charge $150 cleaning fee, but I didn’t have time, only cleaned all the trash out and it was fine (just surprise to see that message, I rent d on Turo about 10 times in the past and this is the first I get that message from host) Beside that’s the host is responsive and very understandable. I got confused on the returning address and returned it almost an hour late, but host didn’t charge my late fee and was very understanding

pick up and drop off was easy breezy . I will say the pictures make the car look like a small SUV but it’s like a bigger sedan , that’s not his fault though it’s mine ? car did amazing and gas was lovely 😊

A Car and communication. Well taken care of car, rides really well and appearance is good... like a newer car....inside and out. There is a usb-c and lightening charging cord and a MagSafe dash phone mount. Everything you need! Thank you!

Roxy had the car waiting for us and actually waited to personally say hello and make sure we had everything we needed. She was so kind, friendly, and helpful. The car was wonderful and we had a fantastic day. Everything couldn’t have been easier! We will use TURO again, and Roxy -if we need a car in Orange County!😁
