The profile photo should be updated to reflect the used condition of the car. Also, multiple photos should be included. It was disappointing that both front hubcaps were missing, that was embarrassing to drive. It was an inconvenience to drive back 30 minutes out of my way and gas expense to have a rear brake light replaced, without offering a discounted concession or reduced fee. I appreciate the flexibility of availability though, and the post-issue communication.
