I rented a Blue Hyundai Tucson from Danny. The car was perfectly clean. I had a long trip and it drove perfect, no problems with it. There was a problem that I noticed after picking the car up. In the photo’s it showed a big screen with Apple CarPlay. It didn’t have the screen. It was a smaller factory screen—no Apple CarPlay. I Messaged Danny and he indicated that the car had been broken into and the stereo with the big screen was stolen and that they had to reinstall the factory screen. I told him I was not happy because I had a long trip and was looking forward to using Apple Car. He was very attentive and wanted to solve the problem. He offered several solutions that did not work out for me. At the end he offered money back to me and I accepted. To me that is great customer service. I would rent from Danny again.
