This was my first experience with renting a vehicle with Turo. Pick up and drop off were really smooth and straight forward. Vehicle was clean and tidy on pick up. I was a little disappointed with the vehicle reliabilty after 2 hours of highway driving check engine light came on and 30 minutes later after a small rest stop the vehicle no longer ran. I reached out to host and they diligently worked on swapping out vehicles and had me back on the road in a reasonable time. Thanks to them I was able to make our trip. Rating has nothing to do with host just that specific vehicle issue.
