Super easy! Owner is very responsive too. Pick up, was super smooth as well as drop off. Van is very nice and clean. We were able to fit our family easily. They hybrid is ideal for gas efficiency. If you're going to rent a van, and drive a bit its your best option. Van doesn't feel heavy at all, was easy for me to drive. Would definitely rent again, great experience.

This rental was perfect for our trip! The car was clean, comfortable, and dependable, and the host made everything effortless with clear communication and a smooth pickup and return process. Trip started bumpy with a couple nails in two tires (construction nearby), but host was helpful to get sorted immediately and refunded us for first day as we had to spend a few hours at the tire shop. Car itself runs great with local mileage about 43 mpg, just know that as a Prius it’s not a car that “loves” high speeds (can feel it shake a bit over 70 mph - which is fairly normal on CA freeways). It’s clean, no odors and very roomy - we fit three large bags, a carryon and two back packs in the trunk without problem. Would definitely rent again!

Rented this brand-new 2026 Toyota Sienna for a week and drove it to San Francisco. The van was spotless, extremely comfortable, and performed perfectly the whole trip. Mansoom is a friendly host I have ever dealt with. I am satisfied with everything about the services. The car was clean and fully functional with fully loaded including apple car play which was very helpful during my driving. I was astonished with the host’s friendships when finding 4 bottles of free water and a cookie bar as a welcome gift. I was even given extra time without charge when returning the car. I definitely recommend anyone to rent this car and will rent it again in near future. Good bye to this beautiful sunny city!

Zeyad was a great host! Communication was great. We really enjoyed our trip to the river in this vehicle. With the heat out there being high the AC worked great. The van was extremely spacious. We are a family of 4 but having this space for a long road trip was amazing. Vehicle was clean and in great condition. Would definitely rent again!

The car was in excellent condition. The host was super easy to contact at anytime during our use of the car. The car was practically brand new and smelled great and got us to the beach and Disneyland. Two car seats fit in the third row with room between them. It was a very comfortable ride. On top of that it’s a hybrid so refueling it was super cheap. We only had to put in a couple gallons to top it off after driving as much as we did. We would definitely rent this car again!
