He even had it freshly detailed for me, so it was spotless inside and out. He took the time to walk me through all the features and even helped connect my phone to the car before I left. I rented a 2022 BMW X7 M-Sport package with the i6 Turbo from Stark, LLC. The car was clean and smelled clean. No pet or cigarette smells. The car still smells like a new car. The host could be a little faster with the text response, especially when I am trying to pick up the car at 11 pm and tired from the flight. But other than that everything is great. The car had a lot of good features that made my life a lot easier. It has an air suspension that can lower to help you get groceries out of the back or make it easier to get in and out of the car. The engine has a lot of power. Surprisingly the fuel economy is pretty good for being so powerful. As long as you drive slowly it will save on gas. But if you have a lead foot it will burn gas quite fast. It uses only premium gas so keep that in mind when renting. This car has wireless Android Auto and Apple carplay and works great. The Air conditioning is very strong and will cool the car very fast. It also has a remote engine start which is useful for keeping the car cool if it's parked in the sun. I filled up a full tank the day before returning the car. But on my way to the airport got into rush hour traffic and took me way too long to get to the Airport which burned some of the gas. I was charged for the difference. I am happy the host only charged me the amount of gas I consumed while going to the airport. This is my fault and not the host's. I appreciate his honesty. The "share my location" feature of the Turo app is very inaccurate. It guided me to the wrong part of the parking structure so I had a hard time finding the car. The best solution for the Host to help their renters is to text the exact location immediately when the renter has landed or when the rental reservation time has been reached. That way the renter will not have to wait around for a reply text. Overall, I am still very satisfied with the Host and the Vehicle. Would rent from again in the future. Thank you Stark, LLC.

Leo was very accommodating and car was amazing! Trip was unfortunately cut short due to a family emergency and had to return much earlier but Leo was very understanding and kind! Will definitely rent again!

The Model X was a fantastic car for our family trip. It was fun to drive, spacious for our luggage, and very comfortable for long drives. FSD was awesome. It made driving around Southern California much easier and less stressful, especially with traffic and longer day trips. Pickup and drop-off were easy, and the car was exactly as described. Overall, an excellent experience and we would absolutely rent this vehicle again on a future trip.

First time Turo user and IMPRESSED! The car was excellent, ran great, good mpg and good ac for LA traffic! Pickup was easiest thing about this trip. Car was freshly cleaned inside and out with custom air fresheners! Its a similar model to my own car so it was jump in and go. For this trip spending several hours in LA traffic it was perfect to have a hybrid! And most importantly by having a vehicle for this trip, rather just ride share, this has made so many things easier. 20 / 5 star experience. Owner was so nice and helped me out with going through the app and answering questions. The price was phenomenal compared to any rental car. And that allowed me to have a car for a week compared to a single over night rental. Bravo and I will use again.
