The car, a Tesla Model Y, was in great shape, clean, spotless. This is our first experience with Turo and it was an excellent experience. And the host, Tony Dongwei was more than helpful. Our flight got delayed over 10 hours so that we spent the night flying and did not check into our hotel till 6 am. We called Tony and he agreed to change the drop off time for our car at our hotel from the morning to the afternoon so we could get some much needed sleep. He was equally helpful when we returned the car. All in all we had a great experience and will definitely recommend Tony and Turo.
