Great car!
I sincerely apologize for the lingering odor during your trip. Unfortunately, the previous guest violated our strict no-smoking policy. We thoroughly cleaned the vehicle and did everything we could to remove the smell, but with the limited time between reservations, we weren’t able to eliminate it completely. I wanted to be transparent, which is why I let you know before your trip. Thank you for your understanding, and I truly appreciate your consideration.

Everything was great 🇰 note as someone from out of town budget parking and budget rental parking are not the same thing and require different buses for transportation
