Fantastic experience from start to finish! Sal made renting the Porsche incredibly easy and was a pleasure to work with. He was extremely accommodating with pickup and drop-off times, which made our trip so much more enjoyable. I ended up extending the rental twice, and Sal was flexible and understanding throughout the entire process. I take pride in treating every vehicle as if it were my own, so I returned the Porsche early, freshly washed, and fully fueled. The Full Self-Driving (FSD) feature made my trip much easier, more comfortable, and enjoyable. It was truly one of the highlights of my journey. Our trip plans changed unexpectedly while we were in Virginia, and although we ultimately weren’t able to extend our reservation, Johan went above and beyond to help make the transition as smooth and stress-free as possible. When our travel logistics became more complicated than originally planned, Johan worked with us to coordinate a convenient return location at IAD so we could seamlessly transition into our next rental.
