Definitely not a great rental experience for us, have rented many vehicles in the past never had an experience quite like this, unfortunately, much of the communication was automatic did not feel personable at all or like I was even talking with anyone (even though this rental said there was 8 people attached on their end ) getting the responses I needed. The vehicle also ran terribly for a 2026, acceleration awful, did not drive right/well for a brand new vehicle. Could not get the CarPlay or audio to connect to the Bluetooth the way that it should be, felt like maybe the owner had controls over that aspect of the vehicle. Wasn’t really much that could be done which was frustrating because we were driving 3hrs on our trip. Also, the pick up required to have the vehicle unlocked until we arrived to it with keys inside, which did not feel safe

The car was smooth and great to drive. Really liked it. Pickup and drop off was very smooth. Cost money getting out of garage but host gave credit back to account for parking. Really zero issues and was able to ask host questions as needed. Would rent from this host again.
