This host was a lifesaver. I originally reserved with another host but as I landed in Detroit I noticed he had canceled my reservation. I had to scramble at the last minute to find another car. Meanwhile the graduation was in a few hours. This host not only picked me up from the airport to give me the car but it was also show car clean when he picked me up. He explained the details of how to operate everything in the car and got me on my way and I made it to graduation with time to waste. I’ll never forget that experience and I appreciate the help. I will forever resent from this host
Our host was AMAZING!!! We initially rented a car from Budget but when we arrived there were over 100 people waiting at the car rental place, they did not have cars and I waited over 1hr. Another family contacted Turo and rented a car from this host, she called me and said that he was so nice and had more cars if we wanted to Turo instead of wait in line. I cancelled by Budget reservation. The host picked us up 5 min later and drove us to his lot, gave a an almost brand new Subaru and helped me book it through Turo. It was all done in less than 15 min start to finish. Car was great! He had snow brush in there for us. It had all the extras (think heated seats in 0 degree weather) and we couldn't be happier. He was responsive when I texted him about drop off. We were able to drop off right in airport parking and didn't need to take a rental shuttle. SO EASY! I can't recommend this host highly enough. Thanks for saving our trip.

Great host! Very easy instructions to finding the car and getting started on our trip. Finding a good charger versus a weak one was the learning curve for us for being first time electric car drivers, but the plug share app helped a lot! This car was more than comfortable for a family of 5 and me being a taller guy.
I loved the car and Danielle was great at answering my questions. It was very comfortable, and it had all the features that I needed. I had no problem with finding the car in the lot.
