RRosa was absolutely incredible. From the moment I picked up the 2024 Ford Explorer, I knew I was in good hands. The car was immaculate—seriously spotless, and it smelled fresh as if it was brand new off the lot. Rosa personally greeted me, walked me through all the features, and made sure I felt confident before driving off. She even checked in during my trip through the Turo app, making sure everything was going smoothly. When I returned the car, she genuinely cared how my trip went. The entire experience was flawless—Rosa sets the gold standard. I’d rent from her again in a heartbeat!

The car quality was fine, the pick up location was more comfortable than someone’s house. The host was informative. My only two issues was the lockbox was a bit fussy to deal with. Also, I had to pay $20 of my own money for a Michigan recreation pass to get into the state parks. I should’ve asked prior but I assumed every rental would come equipped with it. But thank you!

Danny and his team were great. My kids and I had a road trip planned and our original rental fell through that morning, the host never responded so I was scrambling. Everyone was so responsive and accommodating it really helped in a stressful situation. The vehicle was great, we fit in it well and went on a pretty long roadtrip, it was also comfortable. The only thing I would say that threw me off was I didn’t see anything about a deposit and almost instantly from driving off the lot my card was authorized $200. I could’ve overlooked it but either way I knew I was going to go over the miles so it wasn’t a big deal it would’ve just been a nice heads up! Will definitely rent with Danny again, very tidy and well kept vehicles also can trust they won’t cancel or just not show for reservation.
