just really disappointed with the lack of communication. I dropped the vehicle off hours early in the condition it was given to me. Which it could have easily been re rented right after I dropped it off. Per Turo with the adjustment of time. I was to receive a refund. After a week of back and forth with Turo they finally advised it's because the host rejected the refund and adjustments. Obviously you don't get notified of that until you've already dropped the vehicle off and hours later you discover that. I would have just kept the vehicle for the entire time. It was just extremely disappointing and frustrating

There was an issue with picking up the car at the time I reserved. The car was not ready due to the previous renter not returning it on time. The host was communicative about the situation. Other than that, the car was excellent and perfect for my needs. .

Incredible vehicle ! Runs and drives fantastic . Only recommendation is to have someone look at the brakes soon . Seller has been incredible as well ! Requested an extra day last minute and was granted immediately
