Car worked well. Driving it was enjoyable and comfortable. It easily fit five adults, a child in a car seat and travel items and felt spacious. It was a great car for our road trip across states. It had a lot of available space to store luggage. I had to get used to the acceleration. When first pressing the gas pedal, the car doesn’t move. You have to press more for the car to move. No big deal though. AC was cold and worked fairly well. It didn’t seem to blow as powerfully in the back of the car as it did in the front. It was nice that our child was able to watch dvds using the small pull-down tv screen. The car was not as clean as would be desired, but the cleanliness was adequate. A couple of minor quirks occurred occasionally. The alert for the right bumper being close to an object occurred multiple times and the sound lasted for a couple minutes at most. It would resolve on own. The price of the rental seemed to be a great deal. Pick up and drop off was easy and straight forward. Host was accommodating in terms of trip extension requests, but could have been more communicative. All of the host’s Turo messages seemed auto-generated and my couple of personal Turo messages were not addressed. Overall, it worked well for my family. Willing to stretch to give 5 stars due to all the good aspects.
I had a great experience renting the 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. The vehicle was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and in excellent condition. It drove smoothly and was perfect for our trip. The host was friendly, professional, and very responsive. The pickup and return process was easy and stress-free, and the communication throughout the rental was excellent. I would definitely rent this Pacifica again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable vehicle. 5-star experience all around!

This Toyota Sienna was my first turo rental for a family trip, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was top-notch, making our journey smooth and stress-free. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the vehicle was exceptional. It was clear that meticulous care had been taken to ensure the interior was spotless and fresh. Traveling with kids, this was a huge relief and made for a much more pleasant environment. The ease of pickup was another major highlight. The rental process was quick and efficient. Damir gave detailed pickup instructions. This was especially appreciated after a long flight. Throughout the rental period, the communication from Damir was excellent. He was proactive in providing necessary information and readily available to answer any questions I had. The Toyota Sienna also offered surprisingly good gas mileage for a minivan. We covered a lot of ground during our trip, and the fuel efficiency helped keep costs low—definitely a bonus for a larger vehicle. Highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable, spacious, and clean ride—especially for family trips or group travel. Would definitely rent again!
