Miscommunication Up charged me when we agreed on one price. I had the car for a few hours. I drove over to the airport. They charged me for gas $30 and the car was still on full. terrible experience the worst with Turo. I would never use this company again. I have never had any issues prior to this company. Beware they will not hold up their end. Not trustworthy.

The host was fantastic. The van was as pictured drove well and suited my needs perfectly highly recommend and will gladly do business again.

Hi Sharon, thank you so much for the 5-star review! I’m glad you enjoyed the car and had a great trip. Just to clarify for future guests, there is absolutely no expectation to vacuum or clean the vehicle before drop-off—we handle all of that for you! The complimentary car wash membership is purely an optional perk if guests want a quick touch-up during their trip. Hope to host you again!
