I had a wonderful experience renting a Kia van from Mr. Vald. Our first ban got an A/C issued and Mr. Vald didn't hesitate to switched to another van for us and waived the dog fees due to the inconvenience.
The van was very clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. It drove smoothly and was perfect for my trip with my senior dog.
