Our family enjoyed renting this van during our vacation in Tampa. Pick up and drop off at the airport was easy and seamless. The instructions were clear. The car was as pictured. It was perfect for what we needed it for. Vlad was quick to respond. I noticed a headlight was not working after pick up and he offered to meet us to fix it. I'd rent from Vlad again in the future.
