The Kia Carnival was great. It was clean and it was easy to find, once I understood how TURO worked- it was where it was supposed to be. We had no problems with the van for the entire trip. This was the first time using TURO, so I was a little confused about how to drop off the vehicle, but once I figured that out, the drop off was very easy. I would recommend using TURO and will use them again on our next trip
