Car was just fine and Jim was fantastic. Would book through him again! First time using this and I have no complaints.

Communication was clear and pickup was convenient. The exterior of the car was in good condition, but the interior was worn. The driver’s armchair was also missing. Overall, the vehicle was efficient and served its purpose well.
