The rental of the Sienna made our trip to Florida that much easier. Communication was beyond what I expected and they even paid for the short term parking at the airport. Would recommend to anyone who wants a seamless, fantastic experience. Thanks again.

Car was great on gas mileage. Messaged host to let her know 30m before originally scheduled pickup time that we were arriving early, but car was still not yet at airport at the originally scheduled pickup time. Had to wait almost an hour for car. A little frustrating with 2 kids who had been up since 3a traveling all morning. Overall easy return and dropoff. Good car for 4 adults and 3 kids with decent amount of trunk space for beach gear.

Your reservation time was 1:30pm. The car was dropped off at 1:10pm. You advised you arrived at the car at 2:10pm.
I'm sorry you had a tough time with your kids but your story is totally inaccurate. The Turo system has the on time delivery of the cars location recorded 👌 👍 at 1:10pm.
