The van was wonderful and fit our needs perfectly. It’s in great shape and we had no issues. Communication was great with the host as well. Only minor issue was we had to pay the max per day price to leave short term parking, so he must’ve had to drop it off way in advance. The last Turo we rented was dropped off very close to our pickup time so it only cost a couple dollars. Like I said, very minor in the grand scheme of things. This was a very good rental!
We booked a vehicle months in advance, only to have our reservation canceled the day before our trip. Thankfully, Carlos came through for us and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The van exceeded our expectations—it was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our trip. Carlos communicated with us every step of the way, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. We had absolutely no issues and are incredibly grateful for such an outstanding host. We highly recommend Carlos and would gladly book with him again in the future!

Trip was great! This was my first experience using Turo. Pick up and drop off was very easy, so much faster than a regular rental car company. Owner was quick to respond when I had questions. Van was excellent, nearly brand new. Would definitely recommend!
