Great quality of the car, we had a very nice experience. Very clean and spacious, it drove like a dream and was just what we needed for this trip. We had a hiccup when returning the car. We were not anticipating the parking lot being full when returning the car and were sort of lost as to what to do. Tried calling the host but had no answer and communication was kind of slow when trying to find answers in a short period of time. We ultimately got a hold of the hosts and resolved this, but knowing alternate parking lot options before encountering this situation would have been perfect in this case.

Unfortunately, you parked the vehicle in a non-permitted area, which put us at risk of a penalty from MCO airport. Thankfully, we didn’t receive any fines but we still kindly ask all guests to adhere to the turo policies, despite all this we chose not to leave a bad review, and we appreciate your understanding.

Absolute 10/10 experience! The host was wonderfully nice, and the car was spotless and clean. They went completely out of their way to help with our specific needs and handled the delivery perfectly. I highly recommend renting from them!
