I cancelled this trip on Friday May 22nd. Plus they wanted me to give my license information. I did not give my license information. Without My license information before May 24th the trip would be cancelled but it wasn't even though I cancelled it on Friday May 22nd. They refuse to give me a refund for this and they know I didn't take the trip.
Sorry Renee, but you never cancelled the trip until several hours after your trip started. We have zero control over any charges, refunds, etc. Guests are charged by Turo, not by the vehicle owners. We did everything 100% for your trip, no reason to leave us a bad review for your own mistake

Host was easy to communicate with. Drop off point was easy to find. The car itself is tired and worn out. It did the car things and got us to where we needed to go. But the transmission shifts pretty erratically and leaves you feeling like you might be stranded. The car has 200,000 miles so it felt to worn out. But it got us everywhere we needed to go, and it was the cheapest..
Thank you for the feedback Thomas. We're sorry to hear the vehicle caused you to have feelings that it would leave you stranded, but you chose a 12 year old vehicle, it's not going to feel like new. This vehicle has never left any of our guests stranded. There is nothing wrong with the transmission, and it gets serviced every 60k miles with a new filter and new fluid, along with other regularly scheduled maintenance.
We're glad to hear that the vehicle served it's purpose without any issues.
