Vehicle is older, many options not available, as phone charging or holding for GPS.
Yes, this is an 11 year old minivan that you booked if not already aware. Not sure what options you were expecting, but everything as far as features/options, even the 2015 model year, are all clearly listed in the vehicle description. We do not include phone chargers, GPS mounts, etc., especially if it was never requested. The vehicle was also delivered on time, to the exact location that you requested. Not sure what the issue was with the "vehicle location". This 3⭐ review has no merit.
