Great overall experience. There are not many unlimited miles options at a reasonable price. Based off of the age of car, location, car features and price I believe this is one of the best deals on Turo. The rental process went smooth from pickup to drop off. Matias took time to make sure all my accommodations were met. I would rent again in a heartbeat.

This was my first time using Turo. This host made what could have been a frustrating experience, pretty easy. Communication was great and instructions were clear. The car was actually cleaner than some of the cars I get at the regular rental companies. I’d consider using them again.

The whole experience was amazing! Even though we had to make a last minute reservation, Oscar was sure to accommodate and the vehicle was ready before the pickup time. The pickup and drop-off process was also smooth. The Pacifica itself was clean and very spacious, and had some nice features (like 2 TVS and LED lights). Lastly, communication throughout the trip was excellent, and we didn’t experience any issues. Would definitely book again when visiting Orlando!

Great experience! The host was friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the rental. The van ran great, was very comfortable, and had plenty of space for all of our luggage and family. It was exactly what we needed for our trip to the airport. The airport pickup and drop-off process was very convenient and hassle-free. I would definitely rent from this host again.

Interior of the van was impeccable with no odors. Car seats were in the trunk upon arrival - different than some of my other Turo rentals that have had them ready to use but I understand the liability concern for having them pre installed. Van had 126k miles and drove decently apart from a vibration at highway speeds. Slight chunk felt over bumps so front suspension might need some attention in the future. Given the overall condition and competitive price of the rental I give this minor nuisance a pass. Pick up at MCO required a bus to a remote lot. This with the carseat i stall time added about 30 minutes to my arrival timeline. Overall experience still beats a national rental agency.

The van was everything we needed and at a good price. It was waiting for us at Orlando airport when we arrived. During our trip we traveled to Tampa and Cocoa Beach without any problems. We would definitely rent again.

The service was phenomenal! Our flight was delayed by 9 hours and they helped to accommodate us and our children. They were always great at easing my fears since this was our first time using turo. I will say this was a great experience for our first time. Navigating the airport is difficult with 6 children in tow but the directions given to the parking lot were great help. They were able to accommodate with 3 carseats and the car worked as described. Overall great experience and I would rent through them again our next trip out.
