First time using Turo. Victor’s mini van was exactly what my family needed to get around the Orlando area for the week. Roomy and big trunk. Clean, smooth ride. The Turo app on my iPhone was spotty sometimes especially trying to upload photos. The van was nice.

Victor was great to work with. We had some flights cancelled and others delayed and he worked with us to pick up the van and extend our times at no added expense.

I don't know what you found dirty about the van, I left it spotless myself. I've never had a low rating for vehicle cleanliness; you can see the previous reviews. Therefore, I disagree with your rating.
