Turo experience is awful. I will not use the app again. Host I used was friendly and good communicator but it was not the experience I was expecting.

The car quality and cleanliness was great, but to park in the remote lot for a 1am pickup is not okay. We've rented from Turo many times and have never had this happen. My wife had to wait on the sidewalk in her wheelchair with our luggage for 45 minutes while I traipsed to another terminal to catch a bus out to the lot and drive back. Every other Turo pickup we've had parked in the short term lot right next to the terminal. If you go with this car, be prepared to allow time for that AND allow an extra hour when you go back to the airport for finding and parking in the remote lot, waiting on a bus, and traveling back to the terminal.
We are very sorry for your experience. However, since September 2024, Turo cars are prohibited from parking in the garages of terminals A, B, and C. This review does not justify it.
FYI: For future car reservations in Orlando, avoid parking the car in any of the terminal garages, as you will be fined by Turo for improper return.
