The vehicle was great for our trip! It drove nice, was clean and gas was full. This was my first time to use Turo, but have family that raves about it so was expecting a similar pickup/return where I’m told where vehicle is parked (key inside vehicle) and return the same. We met the owner/driver and he was very kind, communication was a little challenging in person but we figured it out. Due to timing for the return we were allowed to leave the vehicle unlocked with keys inside which enabled the owner/driver to pickup the vehicle after our rental time. When we need to rent again I will certainly use them again if he has pickup/return locations as mentioned, which is my preferred process.
