This was honestly the best Turo experience I’ve ever had! The car was extremely clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. Johnny is the best host! The Toyota Sienna ran like a charm was large enough for the family and then some. Van was clean and A/C was cold! We came to San Antonio for our daughter's Airforce Graduation. A wonderful prior customer(thank you) of Johnny's had left seat cushions and umbrellas and Johnny made sure to check if we need them. Boy did we ever. Saved us time and money by offering them to us. I would definitely rent from Johnny again. Had a great experience renting Johnny’s 2021 Toyota Sienna for our beach trip! The van was super clean, in excellent condition, and drove great the whole time. It had plenty of room for everyone and all of our beach gear, which made the trip really convenient. Johnny was friendly, easy to communicate with, and made the pickup and drop off process quick and hassle free. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I’d definitely rent from him again. Quality of the car was awesome. There was a dent in the trunk exterior, but it didn’t mess with the quality of the vehicle at all it was a smooth, perfect ride perfect for my family during this trip. It was a little hard to find because it was parked super far from the airport, especially trying to find it with my two kids and four huge luggage, but other than that, it was such a smooth ride.
The van was exactly what we needed, super roomy and clean, easy experience with pick up and drop off. Great rental over all!
