Liftgate was inoperable, assuming sensor. The whole trip the on the dash it was showing it was open when it was not. I advised Kristi immediately, with no solution. Once I returned the vehicle, the next day she sent in a damage report for the vehicle like it was my fault.
Thank you for your feedback. Prior to the pick up of car I sent detailed instructions including valid drivers license is required per turo process, which caused a brief delay. When lift-gate concern was mentioned i responded & attempted to trouble shoot but didn’t get any response for a week. The alarm was first mentioned was at the end of the rental. No payment was requested. With 200+ trips & many positive reviews I strive to provide clear comm & great service. wishing you the best.
