Car was in great condition and exactly as described. Pickup location is not practical but I knew that since the reservation.

Initial setup was good. However when I informed them that the car had ants. Appeared in the first 5 mins of driving the van. I reached out and they offered to swap vehicles for me, we even set a time since I had to pick up family from the airport. But when I came back, they they told me the vehicle was gone and they they don't have anything to exchange. This was after I waited 20 mins in the hot sun. When I tried to talk to the 2 people at the location they did not understand what I was saying. This was very frustrating. I told them I was already here longer then promised. In the end they said my only option was to keep the van or cancel my reservation. They took no responsibility for what was discussed. They are running a business and yher customer service is horrible.... I do not recommend unless you are able to verify the vehicle is not infested.

Car was great. Pickup location was a little sketchy. Overall not a bad experience. Needed a rental while my vehicle was worked on and it did the job.

Quality of the car was awesome. There was a dent in the trunk exterior, but it didn’t mess with the quality of the vehicle at all it was a smooth, perfect ride perfect for my family during this trip. It was a little hard to find because it was parked super far from the airport, especially trying to find it with my two kids and four huge luggage, but other than that, it was such a smooth ride.
