Had a really great trip! Host was super responsive and helpful. Car was in great shape, clean, and had a ton of great features we used a lot (seat coolers, power lift gate, parking assist, etc). Parking assist was key when street parking by the beach. I was on the fence between this car and the third row or getting an EV because gas prices, but third row and extra space was crucial for hauling the whole extended family around and hybrid engine got super good mileage. All around great experience, would rent again!
Sam’s 2026 Honda Odyssey was excellent for our trip. The van was ready exactly when promised, very clean, full of gas, and the pickup instructions were clear and easy to follow. This was my first time driving a 2026 Honda Odyssey, and I was really impressed. It only had around 3,300 miles on it, so it still felt and smelled brand new. It drove very smoothly, the brakes felt great, and the gas mileage was better than I expected. My family really liked the bluish-gray color and the overall look of the van. We used it for our trip to Riverside to move our son into UC Riverside, and the space was perfect for us, especially after buying dorm supplies at Target and transporting everything to campus. We also appreciated that the middle seat in the second row had been removed as requested, which made access to the third row much easier. The fold-flat third row was also very useful for cargo. Sam didn’t really respond to most of my messages, but everything on his end was still handled properly and on time, so there were no issues at all with the actual rental. Overall, the vehicle was excellent and made our trip much easier. I would definitely rent this Odyssey again.

Definitely a great deal compared to standard rental companies. The car was a little dirty, and the Android Auto was not compatible with my newer phone. But it got us everywhere we needed and worked fine. A heads up: the John Wayne Airport Parking is a bit confusing with a lack of signage. My family and I drove around and around looking for the entrance and parking level. But that's not the fault if the car or the owner. The were very quick to respond when I got lost and a bit frustrated. So I truly appreciated their support.
The Sienna was perfect for my family coming into town. Wanted something spacious that could sit 7 people and this delivered. Julie and her husband were awesome and easy going! Made the rental all that much better. Highly recommended if wanting a great experience!! I will definitely rent from them again

The car is in good condition. There were a few flecks of dirt but overall very clean. The car ran fairly well. It runs a little rough in stop and go traffic, but it runs better if you turn off the auto engine stop. It worked great on the freeway and over hills. It worked great for a family vacation. Sergio was great at communicating for pick up.
