The vehicle was not clean at pickup—it was clear that the interior had not been thoroughly cleaned.
Throughout the trip, I followed the host’s stated policy, including returning the car on time (even a night early) and making sure all personal items were removed and the car was left in proper condition as required.
However, about a week after the trip, the host reached out with complaints and accusations about the condition of the vehicle, which is both surprising and disappointing—especially since none of these concerns were raised at the time of return.
Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the lack of consistency and communication from the host.
The vehicle was returned without being refueled and in a very dirty condition, requiring significant cleaning. We also found damage to the rear seatbelt, which is a serious safety concern.
Although we chose not to pursue repair charges, the condition of the vehicle did not meet Turo standards.
After we raised these issues, the guest indicated they would leave a negative review in response, which is not appropriate.
Future hosts should exercise caution.

I rented a Toyota Sienna from Stark LLC, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The vehicle was absolutely new, very clean, and in perfect condition — it truly felt like driving a brand-new car.
The pickup process was smooth and hassle-free, with no delays or issues. During the trip, the Sienna proved to be extremely comfortable, making the entire journey enjoyable.
