Easy pickup, clean and well maintained vehicle. Met our needs well- only minor issue was the A/C was a little tired and warm when idling, but blew cold when at speed (I did happen to rent this vehicle in the biggest heat wave of the summer, so maybe it wouldn’t be a big deal typically.) In any case I let the owner know and they were super appreciative of me informing them and said they would get it looked at. Otherwise, I’d rent again if needed!

It was a tricky fix—a heat-sensitive cooling fan relay. It only failed when temperatures surged, making it work fine in normal weather and hard to reproduce.
We replaced it with a new relay, and the A/C is back to blowing ice cold! Thanks again for being a fantastic guest—you're welcome back anytime!
Great experience from start to finish! The car was clean, exactly as described, and drove perfectly throughout our trip. The host was responsive and accommodating. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, hassle-free experience.
